Reviews
I finally managed to try this restaurant and it's a great one. The service was super nice, the location too. I had a pasta with Guanciale and Black Truffle and a mixed Antipasto. The pasta was simple and excellent, served with a drop of it's own cooking water, the guanciale was melting and the truffle worth its name. A Panzanella di Ciambella Ciociara was also served, a typical speciality difficult to find in other restaurants. The wine selection is excellent, varying from high end Barolos to more standard bottles. The price is absolutely competitive.
Amazing food. Ravioli was good.
Amazing lunch . NO RUSH , stay all day
TOP!!!!!!
Stopped in Frosinone to break up a journey from north to south Italy, we came across this restaurant by chance, it seemed very nice, we looked at the reviews and, trusting them, we booked a table on the fly and later went there took a seat and had a carbonara for four.
Even all the dishes that we saw being passed around to other customers made our mouths water, but our carbonara, served directly in the pan from where we filled our own plates, was really good as the reviews say, among the best. that we ate... we made bread with it and left the plates and pan perfectly clean... Accompanied by a mini 375ml bottle of wine (for two adults) it was a perfect dinner.
All the staff, from those who took the reservation and then welcomed us as if we were friends, to the waiters and the cashier, are really kind and friendly.
We stopped in Frosinone on our way back to Turin to try Paolo's famous carbonara. All very good. And the waiters are very kind and very nice. Really happy to have stopped for dinner in this beautiful place.
Kind and attentive staff, waiting times within limits, fair I would say, very good dishes, the hot chocolate cake a delight. It's a shame that the atmosphere was a little, but very little, cold for a December day. Experience to recommend
Very refined and typical environment of a wine shop/tavern, with a wide selection of wines. We liked everything, both the amatriciana (although it was a reinterpretation not exactly faithful to the original), and the second courses, and the portions were very generous. Very friendly waiters and very honest prices.
